Phillipov wrote a report - a message about a crime. He stated that in the published texts of Yakovlev there are signs of a crime - public calls for extremism on the Internet.

Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Sibai Institute of Bashkir State University, Andrei Udinov, wrote in a specially conducted study that in the publications "there are psychological and linguistic tools aimed at encouraging an indefinite circle of persons towards the implementation of extremist actions aimed at the violent change in the existing state system or seizure of power."

As a result, the senior investigator of the Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Pskov Region, the captain of justice I. Karpenkov opened a criminal case.
