The STSGOSPORECT Support Fund filed a lawsuit in the Lublin District Court of Moscow to the Corruption Fund and its founder Alexei Navalny. This was reported by RAPSI with reference to the representative of the plaintiff.

In particular, according to the plaintiff, Navalny and the FBK directly indicate that the property donated by billionaire Alisher Usmanov “Sotsgosproekt” is a bribe Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
"Sotsgosproekt" asks the court to oblige the defendants to refute phrases, from which it follows that the fund is a member of the criminal scheme and the corruption network, as well as the phrases that the fund does not carry out real charity, but uses it as covering illegal activities.
According to the representative of the plaintiff, the opinion of the “socialist project” is confirmed by a linguistic conclusion, from which it follows that the information common by Navalny and the FBK is negative, as well as the form of explicit and hidden statement.
“We expected the submission of this statement of claim. We have an appeal in the Moscow City Court on a similar case on Usmanov on August 11. I think that this will be a completely similar process. The decision of the Moscow City Court will predetermine what will happen in the Lublin court,” said Ivan Zhdanov, head of the legal service of the FBK. When asked about the alleged position of the court, the lawyer said: "It is difficult to expect something from the Lublin court in favor of Alexei Navalny and the Corruption Fund."
