In Ufa, on Stepan Kuvykin Street 125/1, there is a hunger strike of 11 participants in shared construction. Initially, 14 people were supposed to participate in the action, but three were forced to stop the hunger strike due to health reasons. It is reported by RBC.

According to the publication, the developer LLC PHC "Mercury" began bankruptcy proceedings in 2011. Shareholders demand to transfer the land plot and the unfinished house of 12 floors into the possession of the housing cooperative, which they created.

Shared construction agreements with Mercury were concluded by 156 families; they invested about 270 million rubles in the project in total. Criminal cases were opened against the leaders of Mercury, and the house is on the list of problematic objects of the Goskomstroy of Bashkiria. Buyers of apartments have repeatedly gone to pickets.
