Then the deputy chairman of the United Committee of the Chiefs of Staffs of the US Armed Forces, General Paul Selva, said that his department and the European command of the US Armed Forces advocate the transfer of anti -tank weapons to Ukraine. "That is, not tanks and not offensive weapons, but defensive funds," the military explained.
