Judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow Elena Lenskaya extended the sixth person involved in the “March 26” Dmitry Borisov period of detention in the pre -trial detention center for a month - until September 8. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces" from the courtroom.
The petition of the investigator of the TFR Lenskaya partially satisfied - he asked to leave the political prisoner under arrest until October 8. The investigation in the "case of March 26", the official indicated, once again extended - now until January 26, 2018.
Borisov himself insisted on exemption under the subscription of a lower way. The lawyer Ilya Novikov submitted documents confirming the presence of the mother of Politzek Irina Andrievskaya House in the ownership of the mother, in which Borisov could serve house arrest.
At the hearing, the investigator claimed that Borisov, when they came to him with a search, tried to flee. Politzek himself denied this, explaining that he had just climbed to the second floor to send his acquaintances to SSMES. “When a truck with 15 bugans came to me ... Well, any person will tense,” he said. “I wanted to warn friends that the group had come to me, they could repair lawlessness.”
The investigator also indicated that Borisov had already been prosecuted. The lawyer Novikov, however, objected to this that the case of a fight, really excited against his client, was closed by reconciliation of the parties - thus, Borisov was not convicted.
The investigator’s argument on the need for additional interrogations of Politzeck Novikov is also shallow. “It is not clear why to conduct additional interrogations of Borisov if he clearly stated that he did not want to testify,” the lawyer remarked.
After Lenskaya read out the decision to extend the arrest, a civil activist, a former Politsek Ildar Dadin began to chant: "Shame on the Putin fascists!" He was detained to draw up a protocol under the Code of Administrative Offenses on disobedience to the bailiffs.
Dmitry Borco's video:
Borisov is 31 years old, he is an activist of the “14%” movement. He has been engaged in opposition activities at least since 2014. He visited the courts in the swamp case, participated in the readings of the Constitution in the center of Moscow. The activist was detained on June 8 in his house in the village of Nikolo-Uryupino Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow Region and arrested the next day (
Meanwhile, the lawyer Nikolai Fomin previously indicated that Borisov, during the detention, carried five police officers face up. The activist could not see the security forces, the lawyer emphasized, and therefore, it is impossible to talk about intentional actions - if Borisov touched one of the police officers, then only by chance.
From the giving of any testimony, Politsyk refuses from the very moment of detention.
