Judge of the Lublinsky District Court of Moscow Natalya Maksimovsky rejected the lawsuit about the protection of honor and dignity filed by the leader of the Solntsevskaya criminal group Sergey Mikhailov (Mikhaisan) to the Fund for the fight against corruption and its founder Alexei Navalny. It is reported by "Mediazona".
The reason for the appeal with a lawsuit was the publication on the site and on the blog of the Naval Investigation of the Prosecutor General of Yuri Chaika , namely the next fragment of the text: “The taren is extremely non -public, but nevertheless, he was mentioned in the newspaper article of 1996. It was he who helped buy the villa and issue a Swiss visa to Sergey Mikhailov, the head of the Solntsevo organ Mikhas ". Also in the investigation was a photo of Mikhailov.
The plaintiff demanded to refute this information, as well as recover from the FBK and Navalny to 250 thousand rubles to compensation for moral damage. The lawyer of Mikhailova Marina Kaudelskaya at the hearing indicated that the plaintiff was never convicted of charges of organizing or participating in a criminal group. Against him, the lawyer noted, the case in Switzerland was indeed opened, but the court issued an acquittal.
FBK lawyer Vyacheslav Gimadi, in turn, insisted that Mikhailov did not provide good evidence that the investigation was in the investigation. Himadi also noticed that criminal authority was only a glimpse of the investigation that is not dedicated to him. The lawyer said about Mikhailov, - this is "encyclopedic information" indicated in the publications that appear in the media and on the Internet.
After the refusal resolution was issued, the lawyer Kaudelskaya assured that she would appeal this decision.
