The Basmanny District Court of Moscow extended the arrest of Dmitry Borisov, a defendant in the March 26 Case and a member of the 14% Movement, until September 8. This was reported on the Facebook page of activist Sergei Ozhich.
Dmitry Borisov was detained on June 8 in Moscow. He is accused of assaulting a policeman (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, he kicked police officer Erokhin twice in the head. In court, the investigator also said that the activist resisted the arrest, and Borisov called these words a lie.
Investigators Rustam Gabdullin and Alexander Uranov, known for the Bolotnaya case, recently left the Borisov case. They were replaced by Aleksey Severilov, who previously dealt with the case of Nadezhda Savchenko.
