At night from August 3 to 4 in the Voronezh region, they set fire to the house of a journalist and public defender Yuri Popov. According to Popov, the entrepreneur and husband of the head of the Ternovsky district, Alexander Belov, can be involved in the arson. The human rights activist told about this in his video interview with YouTube.
“In the 3-apartment building of 20 × 5 m, apartment inside apartment No. 1 and a wooden corridor 2 × 5 m with a roof collapse on an area of 10 sq.m,” the regional Ministry of Emergencies said .
The conflict between the human rights activist and the entrepreneur has been going on for a long time, Popov wrote a statement of persecution by the administration of the Ternovsky district (Voronezh region) and applied for help to the administration of the President of Russia. A few years ago, Popov won the court of the district administration on inaction. Earlier in a telephone conversation, Belov said that Popov “could burn the house”.
This is far from the first case of the conflict between local residents and spouse of the head of the district administration Alexander Belov.
In February 2017, the Voronezh Notepadwrote about how a dozen cars broke into the territory of the local poultry farm, the alleged entrepreneur Alexander Belov led the raid. The fifth television channel shot a large plot about this attack.
The deputy general director of the Nikitovka poultry farm, Sergei Novichikhin, told the publication that the defeat of the economy was allegedly carried out at the direction of the head of the Ternovsky district of Irina Belova, who was trying to take away the business in favor of her husband for the third year.
