The All-Russian action on anonymous express testing was organized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation together with Russian Railways. The HIV train started in Vladivostok on July 7, St. Petersburg in October will be the last city party.

“The problem of HIV is not so much medical as social,” said the deputy governor of the Novosibirsk region Alexander Titkov, who oversees the fight against HIV in the government. - Warning, training, prevention - these are three whales on which it is worth the opportunity to reduce the number of cases. Over the past year, the number of cases increased by 1300 people. But measures such as this action should help restrain this disease and achieve its reduction. ”

“Prevention and identification is good, but there is no understanding of what will be treated with newly identified patients,” said the representative of the Novosibirsk community of HIV patients, which organized several protest actions for access to drugs in the city.
