1917 VI Congress of the RSDLP(b)

One hundred years ago, on August 8, 1917, the VI Congress of the Bolshevik Party semi-legally began in Petrograd, which lasted until August 16. He temporarily removed the slogan "All power to the Soviets" since the Soviets supported the Provisional Government, and put forward the slogan of struggle for "the complete elimination of the dictatorship of the counter-revolutionary bourgeoisie and the conquest of power by the proletariat in alliance with the poorest peasantry through an armed uprising."
