Three defendants in the second case "Tables Jamaat" were arrested in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, three defendants in the second in the region "Tables Jamaat" were detained. It is reported by Interfax-Volga region with reference to the regional UFSB. All three have already been arrested.

The fourth suspect during the raid was outside Bashkiria and is now put on the federal wanted list.

The names of the defendants are not disclosed. The arrested only reports that they are residents of Tuymazinsky and Sharan regions.

The case is investigated in part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization), which provides for from 2 to 6 years of the colony. Three arrested defendants have already been charged.

During the searches from the suspects, the FSB says, “extremist” literature, as well as campaign and propaganda materials intended for recruitment of new supporters, were seized.

It is claimed that until 2015, "the specified extremist group" was a "conspiratorial cell". She was activated, the special services say, "at the direction of foreign curators" after neutralizing another regional "cell". We are talking about the detentions in 2015 in the first Bashkir case "Tables Jamaat".

The verdict in this case was issued on June 30 of this year, the chairman of the Chekmagushev interdistrict Bashkiria Mazit Ikabaev. The main person involved - 59 -year -old Ramiz Fashiev - received 4 years 7 months of the general regime under part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of activities of an extremist organization). The remaining four defendants were declared guilty under part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Code. 45-year-old Ilsur Makulov and 43-year-old Ildus Yangukhtin received 2 years 7 months in a penal colony, 54-year-old Ramil Khamidullin-by 2 years 5 months of a colony-settlement, 38-year-old Zafargon Zuvidov-2 years conventionally.

It was reported that Faskhiev is one of the founders of the Cathedral mosque Miras in the city of Dyurtyuli, and Khamidullin - Imam -Khatyb Jamaat Mahalla in the village of Karazirikovo, Chekmagushevsky district. According to the plot of the case, the defendants organized the cell "Tables Jamaat" on the territory of the Dyurtyulinsky, Chekmagush and Ufa regions. They stated the FSB, “secretly promoted the ideology of Islamic extremism” and involved new members in the cell in order to “establish world domination by spreading the radical form of Islam and create on the basis of regions with the traditionally Muslim population of the Unified Islamic State“ World Chalifate ”.

Meetings with "foreign curators", allegedly held by convicts in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh, were mentioned.

None of the defendants pleaded guilty. "And they chose me, as I understand it, just like an older person. Well, I have a higher education - does this mean that I organized some kind of group?" - said Fashiev in court.
