There are several conspiracy versions about what actually happened in the Moscow Regional Council on August 1, 2017. On this day, five members of the GTA gang attacked the convoy and took possession of weapons. In a shootout, three bandits were killed, two seriously injured. The employee of the Russian Guard and escort were injured. The GTA gang is obeyed in the Moscow Regional Council since the summer of last year, 9 people were in the dock, two more were detained in Tajikistan, there is a consequence.

Shoots from ships are not uncommon. Every year in different cities and ships it happens: it is enough to dial the phrase “escape from the court” in any search engine, and you can read curious stories, including completely recent ones. Most often, accomplices appear in such matters - a convoy, a friend (brother), employees of the pre -trial detention center, who gave out a convoy of one prisoner instead of another, and an inattentive (consciously or not) judge releases the prisoner “for the seized”.

But in order to shoot in court to disarm the convoy - no, no one could imagine this. And it is clear that the coordinated actions of five criminals were coordinated. Moreover, they seemed to be specially transferred to one pre -trial detention center (Zelenograd), although they sat in different pre -trial detention centers of Moscow for a long time. And the convoy did everything that he could: two convoys (and one woman) put five bandits in the elevator (although it is supposed to take place only up the stairs), the handcuffs were fastened in front (should be behind), plus according to the rules for escorting five particularly dangerous criminals, prone to escape and suicide (which was noted in their personal affairs), they should have been convicted at least in half Man and dog.

That is, an attempt to escape was prepared. Then two questions arise: by whom and for what purpose. If you understand with the aim, the issue of “whom” is solved logically.

There are several versions here.

First. The escape - to run away, were free. There was nothing special to risk the bandits, they all understood that for at least 17 murders they were shining for them all lifelong. There were reports that the bandits associated themselves with the “Islamic state” (the organization banned in the Russian Federation) and called themselves “jamaat”. Of course, it can be assumed that some rich and influential supporters of ISIS (prohibited in the Russian Federation) disguised themselves in Moscow and conducted successful corruption negotiations in the pre-trial detention center to establish intercom-cage and agree on a weakened convoy, but this is still nonsense.

To imagine that someone else could need alive at large, in their right mind it is impossible.

Therefore, all other conspiracy versions are due to the fact that someone needed the physical elimination of the nucleus of the gang. To, for example, they do not testify. And in general, so as not to chat. And therefore, through the subtle provocations of the defendants, they led to an attempt to escape, during which they were destroyed.

The version is not bad. It is not difficult to kill them in a pre -trial detention center when trying to escape, it is enough to take them to the wall and pretend that they were going to run - remember how Gleb Zheglov shot the conscientious fellow soldier Sharapov, nailed to the “black cat”? Something like that. However, one or two performers can’t cope here, it is necessary to get them out of the cameras one by one (and the cellmates will see who brought them out), take them along the corridors, take them into the yard, and everywhere cameras and windows-in general, in no way, there are too many witnesses. In addition, employees of the prison department are not very famous for their quick wits, they can not explain with an increasing opportunity for too long. So the attempt to escape during escorting is the only, in fact, opportunity.

And who could need a physical elimination of many knowledgeable bandits? The leader of the conspiracy versions is the prosecutor's office. The GTA GTA is actually connected with the General Prosecutor's Office only one (but what) a remarkable fact: the GTA gang members lived and worked in the country of the Prosecutor General of the Prosecutor General of Alexei Staroverov in the Ramensky district. It was in his house that bandits were taken, and on his site a caches with weapons (about 60 machines) was discovered. I note that the inspection of the dacha of the prosecutor’s general of this level is impossible without the sanction of the Prosecutor General or his deputy.

Moreover: the spouse of the prosecutor’s general (by the way, the native of the Krasnodar security forces) owned LLC Sahara Kuban along with the Angela-Maria Tsapok, the wife of the leader of the Kushchevsky organized crime group, Sergey Tsepapka, Taliy Tsepovyaz, the wife of the accomplice of Tsapk Vyacheslav Tsepotina*, the former wife of the deputy operator. Gennady Lopatin. And Lopatin himself was the head of Staroverov in the Prosecutor General.

After the detention of Staroverov, a long -standing opponent of the prosecutor's office, SK, was overweight. Several attempts were made to institute criminal proceedings against Staroverov (dated Article 317 of the Criminal Code “An encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer” to Article 222 of the Criminal Code “Illegal Turnover of Weapons”), but the Prosecutor General’s Office (Viktor Grin, deputy prosecutor general, personally abolished the decision to institute criminal proceedings against Old Believer). As a result, the Old Believers escaped with resignation and became an “entrepreneur”. And the deputy chairman of the SKA Vasily Piskarev, who personally insisted on initiating a criminal case and the arrest of Staroverov, was sent to deput with the State Duma (slightly more honorable resignation), where the Committee on Security and Combating Corruption is now headed.

All this, of course, is very interesting and informative, but why should the prosecutor “roof” GTA gang?

The material side could hardly interest him: the extraction of the entire gang for all the time of its activities is estimated at about 17 million rubles, even if at least two, at least three times more - the Old Believers entered the Forbes rating as one of the richest security forces.

The topic with the general does not work. In the sense of the story with Starovorov, it is still very interesting, of course, he deserves further attention, but he is not like a person related to this gang. There is no doubt that if Old Belo had to settle his bandits somewhere, he would not do it in his own house.

It does not seem that the nucleus of the GTA gang was provoked to escape with subsequent liquidation due to Old Believer. He seemed to relax like an unpunished slope, and not as a member of the GTA gang or its roof. Why such difficulties to a person who is defended by Victor Grin.

What is the point of killing the bandits? Only if they know something. They already lifelong the lifelong to almost everyone. Unless there was an implemented employee who was decided to liquidate in this way.

And the fact that an implemented employee was there, it seems. If you bring together all scattered sources, you can be surprised at what the actions of the gang were atypical.

GTA did not use cellular communications, and during a long operation to detain them, it was said that people who are familiar with operational-search activities may include the gang. In 2014, information was held that the bullets that were killed by drivers in the suburbs were made at the Tula plant, where they are made for special forces fighters. Later, this information was not confirmed or refuted, but immediately after the shootout in the Moscow Regional Council was widely discussed in telegram channels.

With introduced (or recruited) employees, such stories are often cheated. True, in recent history, I did not hear anything about the proven cases of liquidation, but the arrest, landing and serving of punishment under the legend - yes, it happens, I am even familiar with one like that.

So this is or not - we will probably not find out soon, but the conclusions can be drawn in the near future. Let's see who will be appointed guilty.

If it was an operation of special services, only the convoy will be punished, that is, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (escorting to the courts - this is their obligation). If not, they will punish the Federal Penitentiary Service (for intercommunications and disinforming the convoy about the degree of danger of five bandits, which the head of the pre -trial detention center is obliged to do).

Actually, why in this whole story, the FSIN plays the key technical role.

The Investigative Committee has already stated that they were looking for those who helped the gang participants to coordinate their actions, among the staff of the pre -trial detention center in Zelenograd. The leadership of the investigative isolator faces criminal prosecution under the article “negligence”. The fact is that for almost a year the gang members were kept in different pre -trial detention centers (“Bear”, “Vodnik”, “Matrosk”) and for each court session they were taken from different parts of Moscow. And then for some reason they were united in one SIZO-12 in Zelenograd. And this is either negligence or intent.

Of course, they talked among themselves - which is prohibited. Perhaps they had mobile phones that they could only get from the employees of the pre -trial detention center. At the same time, the FSIN has operational management, which should identify the degree of danger of the accused or convicted person - both in the commission of new crimes, and in the escape and disorganization. But in reality, opera often work for criminals, carrying out a demon of phones, solving their operational problems by providing unmotivated goods to representatives of criminal circles. And, accordingly, are in direct corruption with the criminal community. In those investigative insulators where there is such a thing as “road” (intercommunic communication), the operating operates actively work with those prisoners who “keep” this road to be aware of - what the prisoners are corresponding.

That is, these are quite primitive methods of WRC - intra -chamber development. Prisoners know all this. And they usually know who is a snack in the cell (although sometimes not). It’s easier for them to work when there is a “road” and a informer.

However, it is impossible to control the prisoners. It is enough to close the letter (“Malyava”) into the next camera with your hand so that the informer does not see the text. Obviously, the members of the GTA gang conspired in advance about their actions on the “road” or with the help of mobile communications. That is, the FSIN did not provide insulation.

No less important - the Federal Penitentiary Service did not tell her adjacent people from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (convoy regiment) about the serious danger of these escorted. The fact that each of them has not one strip in personal file, but three (a strip is a danger: a tendency to escape, suicide, etc.). And this is an old, enslaved practice, when ordinary, ordinary convicts are planted in one car gaze with members of the same gang or with already convicted for life - for example, they took a gang of deceased Shutov to the Moscow City Court: they were bored with a pancreas, they remembered the episodes, they were collected again with Moscow, they talked and sang songs, they were very It turned out well, the team was strongly sleeping.

Who planted them together in the same auto -zak? Not convoys in any way.

If so it was - of course, people realized and conspired already inside the pre -trial detention center. Not in the autozak they will discuss this.
