In Perm, the Leninsky District Court fined 10,000 members of the Council of the Democratic Coalition, Boris Erokhin, for participating in an unauthorized event. This is reported by the publication "Ura.ru".
According to Erokhin, the reason for the administrative case was a photograph published on a social network. The oppositionist told Ura.ru that he posted a photo taken during a walk. On it, he and his friend are standing with a small poster "Freedom to Vyacheslav Maltsev." Later this photo was found by the police and handed over to the deputy head of the administration of Perm. He showed it to Vitaly Beloborodov, an official in the administration who is responsible for coordinating public events. Beloborodov said that the photo shows a rally, and no agreement was received to hold it.
Erokhin believes that the poster was the reason for the fine. Erokhin also noted that neither he nor his friends set a goal to attract the attention of passers-by with the help of a poster.
