Thirdly, sociologists will study whether Muscovites know how the executive authorities realize the development programs of administrative districts and reveal fears of different socio-professional groups. Fourth, an assessment of the factors of the effectiveness of managers and prefectures will be given, including on the basis of data on the awareness of residents and the degree of their satisfaction.

At the same time, the Moscow City Hall has its own service, which is engaged in the conduct of hundreds of questions, it is a center for monitoring public opinion. In addition, research is also ordered from private companies. Recently, the National Monitoring Service won contests for 120 million rubles and now owe a study of the interaction of the Moscow authorities with a population in two districts, and the civil society development Fund for 45 million rubles is studying urban legislation in social and urban planning areas.
