Locals can get to the new microdistrict only by paying for a travel near the barrier and a guard booth.

In Novosibirsk, entrepreneur Sergei Kiselev built a paid road that leads to the microdistrict in the village of Marusino. Locals are forced to pay for travel through the barrier, because this is the only way to their houses.
The businessman bought a section of the road that leads to the Lebyazhye microdistrict, built recently near Novosibirsk. Residents must pay 950 rubles for travel to their homes: they give money to security, which stands near the barrier at the entrance.
Kiselev explained the decision to take a fee for the road with expenses for its maintenance. The entrepreneur promised to clean the coating from snow and carry out regular repairs. According to him, most residents supported the appearance of a paid passage.
We are always ready to meet people. There are, for example, some families who cannot pay 950 rubles. We always go towards, do not demand anything. If there is no way to pay, people do not pay.

Kiselev added that there are few dissatisfied and they simply “opposed the business”. The microdistrict will become part of the village only in 2025, therefore, according to the businessman, until he can give the way to the Novosibirsk authorities.
The head of the administration of the Krivodanovsky village council, Alexander Pavlikovsky, confirmed that the entrepreneur did not violate the law and has every right to own a paid road.
Kiselev has every right to take money for the use of the road, this is his land. It so happened that initially he was the owner of the entire territory of the Lebyazhye district. He bought the land, he sold separate land.

Local residents accused the entrepreneur of pressure. According to them, Kiselev forces to conclude contracts with the company "Comfort", and those who refuse - he does not let on the road. At the same time, he does not report where the money goes that he receives from motorists.
