
Former chief accountant of the Seventh Studio Nina Maslyaeva and her former subordinate Zhirikova testified against director Kirill Serebrennikov and ex-Genproducer of the Seventh Studio of Alexei Malobrodsky. Their testimony was announced at the appeal as the defendants of the case, judge Mosgorsud Svetlana Alexandrov, reports, RBC reports .
As follows from the testimony of Maslyaeva, Serebrennikov and Malobrodsky, they allegedly created a mosquito for the theft of a state subsidy of 200 million rubles to support contemporary art. According to the ex-header, she helped to cash out funds, and Serebrennikov and Malobrodsky disposed of this money "at their discretion."
According to the journalist of "Echo of Moscow" Ksenia Larina, two daughters of Maslyaeva in the testimony stated that some unknown men were allegedly everywhere. They believe that the former colleagues of the mother in the "seventh studio" in this way are pressure on them. The daughters of Maslyaeva believe that unknown pursuers were hired by Serebrennikov, the Malobrod and current general director of the Seventh Studio Anna Shalashova.
According to Larina, Zhirikova accused of financial fraud and thefts of Serebrennikov, Malobrodsky, the former general director of the Seventh Studio, Yuri Itina, his wife and children, as well as Shalashov.
Malobrodsky participated in a video conferencing court from a pre -trial detention center. He refused to plead guilty and stated that he did not appropriate other people's money and material values. According to the ex-leader of the Seventh Studio, at that period of time when, according to investigators, the company’s employees stole public funds, he no longer worked there.
Malobrodsky also stated that he was suspected that the minutes of the meeting in the Basmanny Court were falsified. He asked to postpone the hearing in the Moscow City Court for another day in order to have time to formulate comments on the protocol. In turn, Maslyaeva asked to free her from participating in further meetings, since she no longer wants her appeal to be considered. As a result, the court postponed the hearing to Friday.
In addition, it became known that on July 25, the TFR brought the defendants the case of the Seventh Studio the new accusations. This happened after the case was transferred from the Moscow Directorate of the TFR to the central apparatus of the department. According to the lawyer of Lesser Ksenia Karpinskaya, the former employees of the company are charged with the fact that they "worked in the" seventh studio "and spent state money." At the same time, the charges do not specify how exactly the funds were spent. The accused is now charged with 68 million rubles of damage. Serebrennikov is still a witness in the case.
On July 18, the judge of the Basmann District Court of Moscow Natalia Dudar extended the arrest of Less Bruskoye until October 19 . On June 21, the judge of the Presnensky District Court of Moscow Tatyana Vasyuchenko arrested Malobrodsky for a period until July 19. It was reported that he was charged under part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud on an especially large amount committed by a group of persons), which provides for up to 10 years of the colony. Meanwhile, Serebrennikov noted that the “Summer Night Dream” was played on the “platform” more than 15 times, then it was played in Paris in the Shayo Theater, at the Baltic House festival, it was nominated for “all kinds of theater awards”.
On May 23, searches on the theft in the “Seventh Studio” were held at various addresses , including the Gogol Center and at Serebrennikov himself. Later on the same day, the directorwas interrogated in the metropolitan head of the TFR . Serebrennikov is a witness in the case.
According to the investigation, the administrators of the Seventh Studio in 2011-2014 stole 200 million rubles from budget funds allocated "for the development and popularization of the art of the Russian Federation."
On May 24, Itin and Maslyaev were detained. Both were charged with the same part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code. On May 25, the Presnensky district court placed Itina under house arrest , although the investigator of the TFR insisted on him to send him to the pre -trial detention center. On May 27, the Presnensky district court placed Maslyaev in jail until July 19, despite the fact that she pleaded guilty and entered into a pre -trial cooperation agreement with the prosecutor.
