
Police officers of the Irkutsk region detained all minor young men who at the end of last month escaped from a specialized educational institution. Earlier it was reported that dozens of schoolchildren with deviant behavior escaped to freedom.
"On the eve of the ongoing searches, employees of the district authorized inter -municipal department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs" Bokhansky "discovered a 16 -year -old young man in the village of OSA," the official website of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports on Wednesday.
It is known that the teenager did not commit any unlawful actions. No crimes were committed against him.
Recall, on July 31, the police received information about the unauthorized departure of 21 minor from the territory of the educational institution in the village of Telma. The director of the State Special Educational Institution of the Irkutsk Region for students with a deviant (socially dangerous) behavior "Special (Correctional) comprehensive school" applied to law enforcement agencies. This happened immediately after the disappearance of the children.
Police officers "immediately began the search for teenagers." Under the leadership of the head of the inter -municipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation "Usolsky", search groups were formed, including from the leadership of the department. They combed the territory of the city of Usol-Sibirskoye and Usolsky district.
"To search for special school pupils, the personnel are oriented, 25 search groups were formed. Colleagues from Irkutsk, Angarsk, Cheremkhovo, Winter and Ust-Kut were connected to the wanted list," the police press release said. Teenagers were wanted by employees of the departments of minors (ONE), PPS, traffic police, and detectives.
The police conducted a check of places of possible location of minors. Relatives, friends and acquaintances of the missing pupils, who are from 12 to 17 years old are interviewed. Most of them lived in the special school in the cities of Angarsk, Irkutsk, Cheremkhovo, Bratsk.
"As a result of the complex of operational-search measures, for several hours, 15 minors were discovered by police officers on the territory of Telma and the city of Usolye-Sibirskoye," the police said.
According to the detained fugitives, "the weather was good outside," and they just "wanted to take a walk."
Employees of the Department of the IC of the Russian Federation on Usolya-Sibirsky began a pre-investigation of the mass shoot of adolescents. The incident saw signs of a crime qualified under Art. 293 of the Criminal Code ("negligence").
