In the suburbs of Paris, a car crashed into a crowd of soldiers who were patrolling the streets, reports AFP . According to eyewitnesses, six people were injured, two of them in serious condition.
As told Reuters in the local police, the car fled the scene. The police announced a search for the car.
According to BFM, the military patrolled the street as part of Operation Sentry, which began after the 2015 Paris attacks. On the way out of the barracks, they were hit by a car.
The mayor of Levallois-Perret, Patrick Balkany, called the incident a deliberate attack.
