How did all this happen? An 87-year-old grandmother, courts with trunks-sounds absurd. The situation is really confusing.

After the detention at the end of 2010, their assets were left without protection. In 2011, Anna Danko’s lawsuit against the Nadezhda Tsapok came to the Kushchevsky District Court with a demand to recognize the illegal purchase of 5,000 hectares of land for the Artek-AGRO DACS Family Enterprise. Danko demanded not only to cancel the contracts of sale, but also to transfer the Tsapkov land to herself, as well as to pay her lost benefits: the 82-year-old pensioner in the lawsuit insisted that she could cultivate the lands “Arteks-Agro” and that the Tsapas received land illegally, since she had remained 6.33 hectares in this territory, and, accordingly, she, and, respectively,, accordingly,, accordingly, she, and, accordingly had a priority right to buy related areas.

On October 5, 2011, Judge Kushchevsky District Court Vladimir Anosov grances granny's claim. Danko became a happy owner of 5000 hectares of land and 300 million rubles of compensation. True, only on paper.

“It is clear that Anna Ivanovna Danko was not needed by these lands,” says Kushchevsky lawyer Andrei Karpenko. - Hectares, which were absorbed by the trunnies, were supposed to leave the Rostov concern “Pokrovsky”, which by that time only entered the Kuban. According to my information, the scheme was allegedly as follows: representatives of Pokrovsky went to Victoria Lesnaya and judge of the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region Svetlana Martynov, offering them 52 million rubles for receiving the “Tsapkovskaya land”. They agreed. Forest found a clue for filing a lawsuit - share of her relative Danko. Despite many years ago, the expired limitation period and the fact that the fate of thousands of other shareholders cannot be determined by the lawsuit of one owner, the Kushchevsky District Court decided in favor of the forest and pensioner. However, further, as I understand it, Lesnaya and Martynova decided to violate agreements with Pokrovsky and not give the land to the concern. For which they later received criminal cases: Lesnaya has already been convicted of 8 years in prison, Martynov is still under investigation.

The confidence that Grandmother Danko is connected with the concern "Pokrovsky" also expresses part of the farmers working in Kushchevka. Others draw attention to the fact that Victoria Lesnaya says: in 2012, she proposed to give the Tsapkovsky land to the entrepreneur Fedor Streltsov, the founder of the Kushchevsky agricultural holding, a fundamental opponent of Pokrovsky.

“Kushchevsky” and now cultivate the land that Danko once received in court. Moreover, they were able to sue her 3930 Tsapkov GA.

In early 2017, the scandalously famous Moscow lawyer Sergei Zhorin entered the struggle for the land of the grandmother. It was after his appearance that Danko wrote an open letter to the presidential administration, where she accused the Kushchevsky agricultural holding, judges and personally deputy chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Court, Elena Khakhalevu.

Only not with your own hands, but with the hands of subordinates, ”one of the Kushchev farmers shares his opinion. Krasnodar lawyers note that Elena Khakhaleva directly affects the resolution of land issues, as he is a member of the Presidium of the regional court and considers cassation complaints.

After the scandal with the wedding, Elena Khakhaleva said that the celebration with Baskov and Meladze was paid by her ex -husband Robert Hahalev, “a rather large entrepreneur”. The study of the assets of Robert Onikovich, however, does not confirm the “largest business”: officially over the past year it earned about 200 thousand rubles, making most of the profit - 131,360 rubles - at races.

However, in the Kuban Robert Hakhalev really knows well, and indeed - as a very rich and influential person. His patrimony is the village of Novoivanovskaya, 78 kilometers from Kushchevka.

With the farmer Valery Ivanchenko, we are going on the UAZ along the dirt road in the fields of sunflower, wheat and beets.

“Almost the whole Earth is Khakhalev,” he says. - He only has 3,000 hectares in our Novoivanovsky rural settlement. Moreover, formally he is not the master: everything is on dummies. But he solves issues himself.

As farmer Robert Khakhalev Ivanchenko characterizes in two ways:

- The workers do not allow workers. Pashut from early morning until late in the evening. They themselves say that Hahalev writes out good bonuses for the relimbing of the plan, and he will finely fines for flaws. At the same time, he uses the Earth for wear: he can plant beets for several years in a row on one field, although it is impossible for more than a year - he takes too many useful substances from the soil. He will soon have a desert there.

Ivanchenko knows everything about the earth: he has been engaged in farming since 1994. He grew beets, sunflower, pumpkin, wheat, barley.

“Robert appeared in Novoivanovskaya in 1996, but went on the offensive only in the summer of 2012,” recalls Valery. - I just ended the rental of two sections - 115 hectares and 55 hectares belonging to the property relations of the Krasnodar Territory. Robert, as a “decent” neighbor, submitted an application for these lands to be transferred to him. I applied for lease extension.

When our applications were considered, they called me from the department and asked me to submit a lease to the district administration: they say the regional government transferred my land to the district. The benefit of a friend in the district administration, having heard this, said that this is not true, and asked in no case to do anything. So the earth remained behind me. Then Robert filed a lawsuit against me, demanding to deprive my economy of 173 hectares, which were "incorrectly demolished." Only 32 hectares managed to pick up, but the coordinates were not indicated in the court decision, which is why the Khakhalevsky tried several times to take different sections on this decision.

Having received that it was possible, through the courts, Khakhalev enterprises began to buy land plots of the shareholders Ivanchenko.

“They offer 1.5 million rubles per share of 7.3 hectares,” says Valery. - Of course, I have no such money. People sell them their allotments. Before meeting with Khakhalev, I had 600 hectares of land, now there are 452 hectares left.

The presence of conflicts with Robert Khakhalev Novaya Gazeta was confirmed by three more farmers. They refused comments, citing unwillingness to lose business: “The situation is this: if Robert like your land, then tomorrow it will belong to him. When it takes money, when court decisions depends on the mood. ”

Farmers also say: the media speaks in vain about the fictitious nature of the divorce of Robert and Elena Hahalev - Robert has another woman, but with the deputy chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Court they maintain good relations, which helps him to feel confident among large Kuban Latifundists. The total area of ​​Khakhalev land assets is estimated at 6500 hectares.

Let's remove your crop

If Robert Hahalev takes the land through money and courts, then the Pokrovsky concern, with whom the Kushchevskaya grandmother Danko may be associated, acts more on a more deprived. In the case of the lands of the trousers, another large agricultural holding-“Kushchevsky” stood in his way, but if it comes to lone farmers, then “Pokrovsky” acts more boldly.

At the end of 2013, the farmer from the village of Dwine Nina Karpenko invited Maxim Misharev, the general director of the Kanevskaya agricultural holding,

- He very persistently invited me to sell his land, but received a refusal. I can’t imagine life without my economy and is not ready to sell it. But Mishareva did not suit this, he said that I probably pay taxes very badly, and I may have problems.

In the spring of 2014, Karpenko really had problems with the tax: the agency sent fifty of its shareholders a notification that they had sold their land plots and should file a declaration about this. In fact, people did not sell anything.

- calls fell upon me with a request to explain the situation. I told people about the "Pokrovsky" and said that this is a form of pressure. I went to the tax office. Those reluctantly apologized: there was a mistake. I managed to save all the shareholders then.

Following the tax, the village prosecutor's office came to Karpenko. On her farm they found an "illegal gas station."

“Like all farmers, I have a storage for diesel fuel - to refuel the tractor,” explains Nina. - Prosecutors digging to the fact that a column is installed on it - I use it to count the diesel consumption: who, when and how much it refuel. I was told that it was not supposed to have such a farmer. We wrote out a fine of 15,000 rubles.

In the same spring of 2014, after the letters from the tax and the visit of the prosecutor's office, the Pokrovsky came to Karpenko “Remove the crop”.

- Wheel ripened. My employees arrived on the field, and Ba! - There are Combines of Pokrovsky. Collect grain. Workers called me. I arrived with documents. I began to sort things out. “Pokrovsky” left - did not go against the documents. But 10 tons of grain were still taken with them. Until now, I have not returned this grain - there are not enough hands to sue. Then they tried to grab a whole field from me - 25 people arrived on KamAZs, put corn on my land and said that now the field belongs to them. I managed to fight back through the court. The last time on July 4 of this year came - they dragged 4.58 hectares of wheat. They said that one of the shareholders sold their land to them. We must understand. I still don’t understand why they remove, if they didn’t sow?

Destroyed by Tkachev

The village of Shkurinskaya - 19 kilometers from Kushchevka. Until 2009, the SKK “Shkurinsky” worked here, which provided work with 645 people. The farm was impressive: 12,000 hectares of land, a farm of cattle, 4 pig farms.

“Tsapki still tried to take us to their hands,” says Sergey Rybalchenko, ex-director of Shkurinsky. -Tsapok came for the first time in 2008, proposed to give him the enterprise in a good way. I refused. There were threats, but I found a way to cope: I turned to people who, in a power sense, were at a level above the lespoks. Then Sergey (Tsapok. - I. J. ) came from the other end: through the head of the Kushchevsky district, Vladimir Khanbekov. Khanbekov imposed an “investor” SEC - Dawn LLC. This is a strange organization with an authorized capital of 10,000 rubles “attached” the SPK to it, buying 8 billion rubles of our employees on credit from Rosselkhozbank. I was pushed away from business, but soon the Tsapkov was detained, and it turned out that Dawn had nothing to return the loan.

Dawn LLC was included in the bankruptcy procedure. The lands of the enterprise, like most of the lands of the Tsapkov (50,000 hectares of 63,000 hectares), bought out the "Agro -compartment" named after N.I. Tkachev.

“Here we had a checkpoint, here is a farm,” Nikolai shows. - Ten years have not passed, but the feeling that everything has long been abandoned.

On the site of former corrals for livestock and barns, residents of Shkurinskaya were now arranged a garbage dump. Some of the buildings were pulled into bricks.

Former SEC shareholders are still trying to sue, proving that they did not need an investor represented by Dawn LLC. But, according to their own confessions, they understand, "that it will hardly be able to win."

Turn with a diploma

Local farmers and lawyers see hope for the end of the land redistribution in the Kuban, oddly enough ... in Judge Khakhaleva. After the scandalous wedding of the daughter of the deputy chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Court, the ill -wishers accused not only of million expenses on Baskov, but also in relations with the Georgian mafia - a thief in the Law of Stetzu (Revaz Bukhnikashvili) and, most importantly, in a fake a diploma of higher legal education.

The accusations of receiving a fake diploma of Tbilisi State University were nominated by all the same farmers. Where did the farmers have information about the supposedly fake is unknown, but an answer has already been received from Georgia: the diploma was not given to Elena Khakhaleva.

“Now this information has been sent to the FSB,” one of the Krasnodar lawyers told Novodar Novodar. - The case is unprecedented: thanks to this crust, Elena Khakhaleva became the judge of the Dinsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory. Then she received another higher legal education - already at the Kuban Agrarian University. If the FSB admits that the first Khakhaleva fake diploma, it is necessary to cancel all the decisions that she made since 2000. What it can turn into is impossible to predict.

Elena Khakhaleva herself in a conversation with the New Gazeta assured that she had a real Georgian university.

“I really studied in Tbilisi and is ready to prove it,” she said. - I will present my arguments when the answer to my request about the diploma will come from Georgia through Switzerland. Presumably this week.
