
The bankruptcy trustee Vyacheslav Martynov decided to contact the arbitration with a demand to bring Lykov to subsidiary liability, the bankruptcy case said. 1.23 billion rubles will be required from the former general director.
In 2016, the Soviet District Court of Novosibirsk established that Lykov, using his official position, abducted 100 million rubles from Sibakademstroy. Money was intended for the reconstruction of the rifle stand in the village of Kainskaya Zayimka.
The businessman was found guilty under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud using an official position on an especially large scale). He received 5 years in a colony of general regime and a fine of 500 thousand rubles.
Dmitry Lykov’s father Gennady for a long time headed Sibakademstroy, founded back in 1948 for the construction of the Novosibirsk Akdemgorodka. In 1996, Lykov Jr. became the general director of the company, renamed the SP Sibakademstroy, and faced with financial problems. In the early 2000s, the son of the legendary builder lost the control package to banker Igor Kim.
In 2009, Sm. Group and the Tyumen developer Alexei Krukovsky bought an asset from Kim. The company entered the Brusnika Group of Companies.
At the same time, Lykov Jr. created the company of the same name-Sibakademstroy CJSC. She erected residential complexes "Orange" and "Silver Lake", in 2014, the company introduced bankruptcy proceedings.
