The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Barnaul terminated the proceedings in the case of Aleksey Navalny's campaign headquarters coordinator Artem Kosaretsky. The court did not find an administrative offense in his actions, writes Kosaretsky on Facebook.
The headquarters coordinator was charged with disobedience to police officers (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for refusing to take a “paper” on preventing extremism, which a policeman tried to hand him during an agreed picket. Kosaretsky was detained on August 9, when he came to the police department to get acquainted with the results of the examinations. Kosaretsky is treated as a victim in an assault case - at the end of June he was stabbed with a knife.
On June 26, Kosaretsky went to the local administration to apply for public information about Alexei Navalny's campaign. On the way he was attacked by two men, one of whom slashed him with a knife on the elbow.
