The video about Tinkov, the Nemagia studio released on August 8. The 44-minute video says many unpleasant things about the owner of Tinkoff Bank Oleg Tinkov. For example, the authors of the video claim that Tinkov is flattering the owner of Alfa Bank Mikhail Friedman, is engaged in a dubious business, does not treat his employees, Hamit, does not think about customers and lies. One of the authors of the video with the help of a wig depicts Tinkov himself. The video is based on public statements and interviews of Tinkov, as well as on stories about Tinkoff Bank work methods. There is no exclusive information in it, but the presenters deliberately expose Oleg Tinkov in a negative light and openly mocking the entrepreneur.

The description of the video says: “The review was created for artistic purposes, all the characters are fictional, any coincidence by accident. This is just humor, parody and entertainment!). ”

Tinkov’s words about corrupt video bloggers are quoted in the video . Oleg Tinkov has a long -standing conflict with the popular video blogger Amiran Sardarov (leads the Khach Diary channel). Amiran, in an interview with Yuri Dudu, said that Tinkov invited him to cut the Alfa-Bank card and become a client of Tinkoff Bank for 1.5-2 million rubles. Sardarov refused and compared such a proposal with prostitution. Tinkov later said that everything was not so: Amiran Bank offered money for each client given, and not a fixed amount that Sardarov himself requested, and called him ******** [liar] and “khachik”, and then said that the video bloggers are corrupt.

The blogger friend of Oblomov refused to work with Tinkoff Bank. Another popular Utuuber named Oleg Grigoryev (pseudonym - a friend of Oblomov, more than a million subscribers), which is known primarily on culinary reviews, announced that Oleg Tinkov’s company would no longer advertise. Grigoryev admitted that the video of “Nemagia” did not hurt him as a whole, but he really did not like the words about corrupt video bloggers. Then Grigoryev wrote in the description of the video that Tinkov’s quote was torn from context, and that he had in mind the specific blogger Sardarov, and not all video bloggers in general, and hid the record from the page of his channel (it is available by direct link). Nevertheless, the description of the video still says that Grigoryev suspenses cooperation with Tinkoff Bank.

At the request of Tinkov, the requirements are sent to delete the video. According to Kanobu, on August 11, the publication received a letter with a demand to delete a page with a detailed story about the “Nemgia” video, since it contains distorted and false information. The letter is signed by Cert-GIB, which responds to various incidents on the Internet by order of customers. The letter states that bloggers are preparing to make charges under the articles of the Civil Code - on the publication of information defaming the honor, dignity and business reputation, as well as the use of photographs and the image of a citizen without his consent. They refused to remove anything to Kanobu.
