The court fined Ildar Dadin 11 thousand rubles for participating in the action on June 12

On August 11, the Tverskoy Court of Moscow fined the famous activist Ildar Dadin, who was detained at the “We Demand Answers!” rally. June 12 in Moscow, for 11 thousand rubles. TASS writes about this.

The court found Dadin guilty of resisting the lawful demands of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code) and violating the procedure for participating in a public event (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). In court, the activist’s interests were represented by lawyer Nikolai Zboroshenko.

According to the police, while at an uncoordinated rally on Pushkin Square in Moscow, Dadin did not obey demands to stop “shouting slogans with thematic content” and attracted the attention of passers-by and the media.

Ildar Dadin was detained many times. On August 7, in the Basmanny court, allegedly for shouting, on July 7, the activist was fined 20,000 rubles for a single picket. Previously, Dadin was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for repeated violations of the law on rallies. On February 26, 2017, he was released after the verdict was overturned by the Supreme Court.
