The desperate many children's mother led the car to the Kremlin

On June 15, exactly during the “direct line” of the president, in the very center of Moscow, an emergency from the ordinary happened: to the Borovitsky gate through which service cars entered the Kremlin’s territory, an unusual car rolled up.

On the windows of the orange-black “Hyundai”, taken on a permanent lease, handwritten posters were pasted: “I ask you to take a live broadcast to Putin”, “I demand a meeting with Putin”, “Give the benefits of a disabled child”.

The “Direct Line” was not in the Kremlin, but nearby - in the Gostiny Dvor. There were four people in the car: at the wheel-39-year-old Olga Rudenko, in the back seat of her children-Polina (14 years old), Arkady (13 years old) and three-year-old Vanya.

The police regarded this as a “single picket in an unacceptable place” and delivered the whole family to the nearest Kitay-Gorod police department. After visiting the ATS, doctors recorded in Olga Rudenko "multiple bruised hematomas of the neck, upper limbs, left hips, and a slight concussion."

A woman decided on such a step from despair. With the indifference of the state, she has been beating for nine years - from the moment when her eldest daughter was diagnosed.

Pauline

Polina was born in 2003 in Bryansk, for a long time did not speak. What is happening with Polina, why it does not develop, like ordinary children, doctors could not understand six years. First we wrote off everything for "attention deficit."

- By law, they should have been sent to computer diagnostics. I know this now what it is, ”explains Olga Rudenko, a tired chubby woman, with a clean face without cosmetics. “But then the doctors simply dismissed us.” I am from the outskirts - we were not given a direction to check the ear to normal clinics. In the end, after so many years, they set up the 3-4th degree of hearing loss. Morally I was broken.

From the world of silence Polina, mother pulled out her own. The first few classes, on the advice of the doctors, drove her daughter to a special school, but Polina did not have any movements there. Then Rudenko decided on impudence (and this is in her style): she recorded the 9-year-old Polina in the first grade of a regular school. The son of Arkady helped to study Polina, he is a year younger than her. He studied with his sister, the whole family was taught the girl to read in syllables and talk. And all the same: it was difficult for her to study with hearing aids, she could not cope with the program, she did not make concessions, the teachers did not hear about the concept of “inclusion”. Polina remained for the second year.

Rudenko did not give up: her daughter is an ordinary child. Olga abandoned her business (chain of children's clothing and toys) to spend all the time with children. I earned it like this: I drove a wedding car taken on credit, "subacted." But the court took the car for non -payment.

At the end of 2013, a new test collapsed: Olga had a son Vanya, he immediately revealed a pathology of the brain.

Olga could not allow the thought that the doctors would “look through” Vanya, like Pauline. In 2014, having studied all the forums of mothers of unusual children, she decided that she had to move to Moscow, found a school with inclusive training there for Polina. The possibilities of treating Vanya began to treat.

They took off the room in a communal apartment in a large post office in the Basmann region, next to the school.

On the Kremlin

For the first time, Olga Rudenko went to the Kremlin back in 2011. So this call is not the first. Then there was a lot in the girl’s life could have happened differently. From 2007 to 2011, she, in Bryansk, sent 38 appeals to the administration there: in them she asked her to help her deal with the debts on a mortgage for the apartment she bought to live closer to the city center and drive Pauline to her - they dealt with her individually. But the state did not hear Olga. And Olga first went to Red Square. And she, of course, was detained.

Then with Rudenko they only held a “preventive conversation” - and that’s all, there were no more consequences, neither positive nor negative ones.

In 2016, when the family lived in Moscow and life was a little better, Rudenko again decided to go to Red Square. Polina’s hearing aids came to the end, there was categorically no money for new ones. Old devices began to junk when water gets into them. In physical education, when Polina was sweating, she simply did not hear the teacher. And Olga again arrived in the same place by car - and again with posters on glass.

Someone from passers-by photographed a car, glued with requests addressed to the president. Photos got on the Internet.

She was invited to the program "Health" to Elena Malysheva. The program was attended by the Minister of Health Veronika Skvortsova, and the case moved from a dead point. The Department of Health gathered a consultation of doctors on the situation of Polina Rudenko, it was attended by the chief supervalist of Moscow. The college of ten doctors suggested Olga for her daughter Phonak Naida S LX SP, with which service centers in Moscow are no longer working. All experts advised her the Q90ric model - one headphone costs about 140 thousand.

- I went to all specialists, they said: in the newest model there is a built -in mechanism that processes information faster. Soon Polina 15 - she is still developing, she needs to give a push to the maximum now: why does she need an old model?

Rudenko eventually abandoned the old model. She checked that the previous model at a price is the same as the latest. I was perplexed: why not give the device more modern? Moreover, officials are not paid from their pockets!

When on June 15, Rudenko and her children went to Borovitskaya Square in a rented car, the police even recognized her. Olga absolutely seriously says:

- I told them: “You know who Putin has a security, contact them: let them let me in of a“ straight line ”.

The FSO officers promised Olga that they would support her to the Gostiny Dvor and hold her to meet the population with the president. According to Rudenko, from Borovitskaya Square, accompanied by three cars, she went there to Putin.

-But we did not reach Gostinykh, we wrapped it in some kind of lane-trees, a big theater ... They brought me to the alley, where people almost do not go.

According to Rudenko, she was scared and blocked the doors of the car, but law enforcement officers contacted the car sharing office and were able to remotely open the hood of the car and unlock the doors.

- The doors opened sharply, two policemen took - well, I am small - one by the legs, the other by the hands. Directly taken out of the car. The doors were closed, and the children remained inside!

“People walked by, I screamed them: help! The police made me all sorts of captures so that I could not speak. There was nothing to breathe a couple of times ... "

Rudenko was put in a police car, then her children were taken out of the rented car.

- Threw them to me. And what did I do bad? I had nothing unlawful on the slogans.

Olga and three of her children were taken to Kitaygorod police department. Rudenko tried to record the video on the tablet right in the police station in order to immediately send to the “direct line”, she continued.

The tablet was taken from Olga, put on handcuffs, put in a monkey.

Behind the bars, the mother of three children was held for an hour and a half, only then drew up the protocol: “For holding a single picket in an unidentified place,” which also created transport interference.

I restore events from the words of Olga, who, perhaps, remembered something in her own way. But the department has cameras, checking her words is easy.

Her complaint about the actions of the police, which Olga sent to the prosecutor’s office a few days after the detention, was sent back to the police department on July 11, where all this happened.

I am visiting the Rudenko family in their rented room. The room is cramped, with cheap wallpaper, on which cartoon hares. Immediately on the window there is a microwave, some utensils for cooking.

Rudenko explains to me why she went to demand a meeting with Putin.

“He just does not know that this is happening.” Doctors launched the girl, and I literally pulled her out. I live only for the sake of children. I do not ask for myself this money to take a walk. I ask - do it by law. I can give the child more - and my hands are crumbling, so I’m dumbfounded.

Olga is taxing, she has no other source of earnings. She gives 33 thousand for the room.

For each child from the state, Rudenko receives 400 rubles per month. The meeting on its administrative offense was supposed to take place on July 28, but Olga did not come to him for health reasons - the court notified this with a telegram. She did not receive any more challenges in court.

“I don’t even feel like a person.” The robot is walking. I don’t know what to do next - they closed me. If nothing happens, I will go to the Kremlin. And I have no other way out!

On September 1, Polina go to eighth grade. In old hearing aids, she hears almost nothing. Olga's youngest son still does not speak. With him, you need to crank the same operation unprecedented by the power as with Polina.
