In Izhevsk, a volunteer from the campaign headquarters of Alexei Navalny named Emil was detained for distributing leaflets. This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline by another volunteer of the headquarters, Artem Agafonov.

According to Agafonov, Emil was detained on Pushkinskaya Street in the city center. He was promised that they would immediately release him, but the leaflets would be confiscated. Currently, according to volunteers, Emil is being questioned by the police about something.
