A volunteer from the campaign headquarters of Alexei Navalny in Izhevsk, who was detained for distributing leaflets, was released from the police. This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline by representatives of the headquarters.
A volunteer named Emil was detained on Pushkinskaya Street while distributing leaflets. He was taken to the Pervomaisky District Police Department. At first, as the volunteers reported, he was promised that he would be released immediately, as soon as the leaflets were confiscated. However, they began to ask him about something - then Emil took advantage of the 51st article of the Constitution and refused to answer questions. What the volunteer was asked about, his comrades do not know.
As a result, the department drew up a protocol on the seizure and released Emil.
