The arrest of Politsek Bakholdin was extended by December 9

The application for the extension of the arrest was stated by the investigator of the Investigative Committee of Gutorov, the leading Bakholdin case together with his colleague Alexander Shpakov. On Monday, Bakholdin's birthday is 36 years old. In Kiev, a group of political emigrants and sympathetic Ukrainian activists conducted a picket from the Russian consulate demanding to free the Politzek. One of the picketers was Vladimir Ionov, who fled from Russia in December 2015 before the verdict under the "rally" article 212.1 of the Criminal Code.

In the evening, single pickets in support of Bakholdin take place in Moscow.

Meanwhile, the other day, the lawyer Sidorkina said that on Thursday, August 17, Bakholdin will be transferred to Moscow for a psychiatric examination in the center named after Serbian, since, as previously reported, he abandoned an outpatient examination. In the media, information about the arrest of Bakholdin appeared only on June 19. The next day, the lawyer Sidorkina said that Politzeku was charged with part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code ( participation in the extremist community ), which provides from two to six years in the colony. The arrested did not give any evidence and did not sign any documents.

In Moscow, Bakholdin took part in anti -war pickets and monthly shares in support of the political zones, was attacked by the pro -Kremlin provocateurs . The activist was repeatedly detained.
