Judge of the Soviet District Court Bryansk Pavel Kolesnikov extended to the civil activist Denis Baholdin, accused of extremism, the detention center of the pre -trial detention center on December 9, inclusive. This was reported to the "Frances" in the Politsek support group.
The application for the extension of the arrest was stated by the investigator of the Investigative Committee of Gutorov, the leading Bakholdin case together with his colleague Alexander Shpakov. The senior assistant to the regional prosecutor for the supervision of counteracting extremism and terrorism Igor Shevtsov supported Gutorov's arguments.
In addition to lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina, activist Elena Zakharova arrived from Moscow, and from Kyiv, political emigrant Elena Glushko, who received Ukrainian citizenship. The presence in the hall of "citizens of Ukraine" the prosecutor Shevtsov called one of the evidence that in the event of a mitigation of a preventive measure, the political bies could hide.
The investigation in the case was extended until December 10. Among the evidence, allegedly confirming the sympathy of Bakholdin to the “legal sector”, in the case is his photo against the background of the flag of Ukraine.
Politzek himself refuses to recognize the competence of the investigation and court. He answered all the questions of Judge Kolesnikov in silence. “But, of course, it cannot but laugh when he hears something particularly outstanding - such as“ a secret witness Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich, ”Glushko remarked on her FB page.
