Explosion in Nigeria: 27 dead

At least 27 people were killed, another 83 were injured as a result of the self-explosion of three suicide bombers in the northeast of Nigeria, Reuters reports citing the country's rescue services.

The attack occurred in the village of Konduga near the city of Maiduguri in Borno. One terrorist staged an explosion in the city market, the other two at the gate of the refugee camp located nearby. All the dead became victims of the explosion in the market, no one died as a result of an attack by the refugee camp, but several dozen people suffered there.

As noted, an attack on handwriting is similar to the actions of militants of the radical group "Boko Haram". She achieves the creation of the Islamic caliphate and the introduction of Sharia norms throughout Nigeria. In March 2015, Boko Haram swore allegiance to the Islamic State movement and soon proclaimed itself the "West African province of the Islamic state."

The village of Konduga is located in the center of the Boko Haram armed conflict and the Nigerian government. Last year, government troops managed to recapture large territories from the Islamists. However, since June, the militants resumed attacks again. Before the attack in Kondug, 143 people have already become victims of confrontation.

In November 2015, a suicide bomber arranged an explosion at the procession of Muslims-shines near the city of Kano in North Nigeria. As a result of the attack, 21 people died.
