Once on the island of Fiery in the Vologda New Zer there was a monastery known throughout Russia, where kings and aristocrats came. After the 1917 revolution, the monastery was turned into prison, and in the 1990s the so-called “Vologda Pyatak” became the first colony in Russia for life convicts. You can get to the fiery only through the neighboring island of Sweet Island - his life, like the life of several mainland villages in the neighborhood, depends entirely on the colony, and there is neither the Internet nor public transport there.
