On August 15, in Bratsk, the police drew up protocols for three volunteers from the campaign headquarters of Alexei Navalny. About this OVD-Info said the coordinator of the headquarters Alexander Pakhomov.
After the volunteers held a campaign walk, the police arrived at the headquarters. They detained four underage volunteers. They were later questioned at the police station in the presence of their parents.
Protocols were drawn up for the other three volunteers under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by a participant of the procedure for holding a public event). As Alexander Pakhomov noted, the colonel, who arrived from Irkutsk, threatened the activists that if they did not sign the protocols, they would be sent to a special detention center. Copies of the completed documents were not given to the volunteers.
The police also seized campaign materials from the headquarters.
