On August 15, Kirill Yaroslavtsev, a participant in the past rally of deceived equity holders, received a summons to appear at the Gelendzhik city court. This is reported by "Caucasian Knot" with reference to Yaroslavtsev himself.
On August 11, a protocol was drawn up against the 18-year-old activist under Part 5 of Article 20.2. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation by a participant of the procedure for holding a public event). He is accused of holding a placard during a rally of deceived equity holders, which called for the resignation of two judges.
“This is my opinion, which I expressed at a sanctioned rally, but the police believe that by doing so I insulted the authorities in the person of these two judges. I do not agree with this, which I wrote about in my explanatory note,” Kirill Yaroslavtsev told the “Caucasian Knot”.
Earlier, Yaroslavtsev and other participants in the rally held on August 5 in Gelendzhik of defrauded equity holders and owners of real estate in the Pushkinsky Dol settlement announced pressure from law enforcement agencies.
