In Sochi, the police tried to disrupt the meeting with voters of the candidate for the legislature of the Krasnodar Territory from the Communist Party Igor Vasiliev. This was reported by the "Caucasian Knot" with reference to the politician himself.
During the meeting with the voters, approximately ten policemen in uniform and civilian clothes surrounded Vasiliev. They announced that street rallies were prohibited without the permission of the authorities, asked him to roll up the CPRF poster and go with them. The politician replied that this event is not a rally, and it operates within the framework of the electoral right: holding such meetings does not need to be coordinated with the authorities.
After that, the police moved away from Vasiliev.
