The hand of Moscow

The police damaged the candidate for municipal deputies Vadim Korovin, who parked his car at the Moscow City Hall. The activist reported this on his Twitter.

According to Korovin, departmental security officers approached him and asked to remove the car, saying that it was impossible to park in this place. The activist refused to park. Korovin believes that it was the personal parking lot of the mayor Sergei Sobyanin. When Korovin approached his car, he was detained, injuring his hand. A security officer in civilian clothes participated in his detention.

Then Korovin was dragged into the city hall building, where they kept half an hour in handcuffs. The police refused to remove them, even when an ambulance arrived. However, the doctor suspected Korovin’s hand fracture and insisted on the hospitalization of the activist at the Sklifosovsky Institute.

“The fracture was not confirmed, but the rupture of the ligaments was confirmed,” Korovin wrote later. “I will file a civil lawsuit against the city hall for all this amateur performances.

According to the activist, an opened mouthpiece for the alcoholister was brought in the hospital. Korovin suspects that in this way the doctors tried to falsify his analysis for alcohol.

In 2013, a criminal case was fabricated against the coordinator of the Rosagit project and the activist of the Russian car owners of Russia Corovin (the application of dangerous violence to a government representative) was fabricated. On May 24, 2013, the activist who was traveling on his car along the Moscow highway refused to skip the car of the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Nikolai Kiryanov, who went around the cork in the oncoming lane. On May 30, a search was held in Korovin’s apartment, after which he was detained for 48 hours. The next day, the judge of the Odintsovo City Court Svetlana Zhurilkina at the request of the prosecutor's office extended the period of detention of the activist for another three days. However, at the next meeting on June 3, she, despite the arguments of the investigation, freed Korovin on a recognizance not to leave. In August 2014, the Odintsovo court of the Moscow Region found the activist guilty under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities) and fined 100 thousand rubles.
