The Ministry of Internal Affairs will check reports of the beating of a detainee in the city of Bronnitsy, an internal investigation has been scheduled, reports the press service of the department's Moscow region department.
“Moscow Region Today” clarifies that we are talking about Sergei Nalivkin, who was detained on August 5 during the celebration of Bronnitsy City Day. The man claims that he was detained drunk and beaten with batons and a stun gun.
According to Mash, Nalivkin was required to confess to a series of thefts, but was eventually released after drawing up a report for drinking alcohol on the street. The man says four of his ribs were broken.
