The court in Vologda confirmed the refusal to approve all applications for the installation of Navalny cubes

On August 18, the Vologda City Court refused to satisfy the complaints of Alexei Navalny's supporters about numerous refusals to approve pickets. The Vologda authorities did not approve any of the 21 applications filed by the activists. about this on Twitter . wrote Evgeny Domozhirov

Domozhirov said that applications were submitted to hold pickets from August 17 to 29 at various times and places. In total, according to the activist, the applicants proposed 252 combinations of picket location times so that the administration could choose the most suitable ones.

Representatives of the administration did not appear in court. Domozhirov petitioned to summon some applicants for public events who are holding their actions at the same sites where Domozhirov was going to hold pickets. The court denied the application.

The city administration refused to approve the pickets, referring to the fact that all the sites were already occupied for the whole time. Domozhirov believes that at least some of the pickets were approved after consideration of notifications of holding pickets in support of Alexei Navalny.
