Domozhirov said that applications were submitted to hold pickets from August 17 to 29 at various times and places. In total, according to the activist, the applicants proposed 252 combinations of picket location times so that the administration could choose the most suitable ones.
Representatives of the administration did not appear in court. Domozhirov petitioned to summon some applicants for public events who are holding their actions at the same sites where Domozhirov was going to hold pickets. The court denied the application.
The city administration refused to approve the pickets, referring to the fact that all the sites were already occupied for the whole time. Domozhirov believes that at least some of the pickets were approved after consideration of notifications of holding pickets in support of Alexei Navalny.
