Vadim Korovin, who was dislocated for the parking "where it is not necessary", brought to court

Activist Vadim Korovin, to whom the police officer dislocated his hand for refusing to leave the parking lot near the Moscow City Hall, was taken to the Tver District Court. He is charged with disobedience to the legal requirements of representatives of the authorities (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Korovina, who, in the framework of the fight against privileges on the roads, regularly leaves a car in parking lots near administrative buildings in the center of Moscow, was detained on the afternoon of August 18. During the detention, the police major pulled his hand so much that, as it turned out later at the Sklifosovsky Research Institute, he broke the ligaments.

Korovin is a candidate for municipal deputies, so the persecution of his administrative article is possible only with the sanction of the prosecutor. According to Twitter, activist Andrei Filin, police officers received sanction with the prosecutor. Currently, visitors have expelled from the court, they don’t let anyone inside.

UPD: The court was postponed to August 21, Korovin is being taken to the Tverskaya police department.
