In Kurgan on August 18, the police drew up a protocol on an administrative offense for one of the employees of the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny Anton Talykov. As the activists found out, Talykov accused of violating the rules of the organization of a public event (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for the fact that on August 16 he handed out leaflets at Navalny headquarters, and then those to whom he handed them out, they themselves began to distribute them on the street. The police are based on the testimony of minors who stated that they received leaflets at Navalny headquarters.

This was announced by the ATD-Info by human rights activist Roman Matveev. He said that Anton Talykov could prove that he was not at the site of the alleged action. At this time, he was at the other end of the city one of the organizers of another action. This can be confirmed by several dozen people and a notification in which he is noted as one of the organizers.

The minors, who, according to the police, distributed leaflets on the street on August 16, did not constitute protocols. Matveev told the OVD-Info that the police said: "This issue is being resolved."

The court was appointed on Monday, August 21.

Talykov appeared to the police due to the fact that on August 17 the police handed him the agenda when he participated in the installation of a cube in a local guide park. Earlier it was reported that he was ordered to appear in the police to draw up a protocol on disobedience to the legal requirements of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), however, as a result, a protocol was drawn up for the organization of an inconsistent event. The episode with the installation of a cube, according to Matveev, was not mentioned.

They did not give a cube to the activists of the Navalny headquarters in the Hyde Park, saying that urgent cleaning was being carried out there, although three days before the event, activists notified the mayor's office that they were going to hold a picket with a cube in the guide park.
