A court in Gelendzhik fined participants in a rally of defrauded shareholders

On August 18, the Gelendzhik city court fined the participants in the rally of deceived equity holders, reports . Kavkazsky Uzel

Nikolai Sokol, Kirill Yaroslavtsev and Olga Botrakova, who participated in the August 5 rally (Sokol was one of its organizers), were fined 15,000 rubles each. For all of them, protocols were drawn up on violation of the procedure for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Another rally participant, Lyudmila Zlobina, was fined by the court on August 11 under the same article for the same amount, the newspaper reports .

Reports on the rally participants began to be drawn up almost a week after it was held, contrary to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which prescribes that protocols be drawn up immediately or, if it is necessary to find out some additional information, no later than two days after the “offense”.

A protocol was drawn up against Yaroslavtsev on August 11, and on August 15 he received a subpoena. Because of the rally, they came to work on Zlobina on August 10 and asked her to sign a paper about appearing in court on August 11.

The claims of the police were caused by the fact that on the posters the participants of the rally demanded to dismiss the regional judges.
