Arthur Gadzhiev is a native of the village of Eminhyur in the south of Dagestan, Suleiman-Stalsky district. This is a rather large village, more than three thousand inhabitants. His father, Lametulam, was born here. Mother comes from a neighboring village. “The family lived is hard, Lametulah drank a lot. They quarreled. This was the reason for the divorce. Then he killed his friend in a fight and got into prison. Mother took a small child and left for Surgut in search of work, ”the fellow villagers recall.

In 2014, when Arthur was 16 years old, the mother returned with him to the village and gave the boy to the Eminhyurskaya secondary school.

“He quarreled with some classmates, was friends with others. Although I would call him a quiet child. I went to the freestyle struggle section in our village, ”recalls the head teacher of the school, asking him not to name his name. - He treated his studies coolly, she simply did not interest him. He studied somehow and without any interest. I never went to the mosque, and I have never seen him pray. ”

A few months later, the mother suddenly took the boy’s documents from school, saying that they were leaving for Moscow. There she again got married. Raised Arthur stepfather. His own father Lametulam Gadzhiev is still in prison. According to law enforcement agencies, it is registered as an adherent of religious extremism.

None of the villagers know how Arthur and his mother again ended up in Surgut.

Little is known about the life there is a little, little is known. Only, for example, that he was recently expelled from the Surgut Polytechnic College - for a fight. It is also known that the last few months before the attack on Surgut, Gadzhiev worked as a guard in one of the large city supermarkets.

On Saturday 19, in the center of Surgut, Arthur Gadzhiev blew up a smoke saber in the Severny shopping center, and then went with a knife along the central streets of the city, randomly attacking passers -by.

Eyewitnesses called the police. After a short persecution, the police shot Gadzhiev. A dummy of the mortal belt was discovered on his body. Gadzhiev stabbed strokes methodically, in accordance with the rules of knife combat, intentionally aiming at the stomach and neck. As a result of the attack, seven people were injured, four are in serious condition in the hospital.

A day after the attack, the Islamic State Information Agency (an organization banned in the Russian Federation) published a video in which a person who looks like Gadzhiev swore allegiance to the head of the IG Abu Bakro al-Baghdadi and talks about the upcoming attack as a revenge “for the death of dozens of brothers”.

However, the Investigative Committee has not yet qualified the attack as a terrorist attack.

His monologue is preceded by shots of bloody executions, as well as credits: “Surgut. Blood for blood. " The authenticity of the video, or rather, is that it is precisely Gadzhiev, it is difficult to check. Therefore, the versions have already appeared that ISIS simply put the next bloody incident “in the offset”, and the video is only the PR campaign of the terrorists. The neighbors of the Hajdiev family say that Arthur was a quiet, polite boy, not at all like Wahhabita. Also spoke in an interview with the Surgut television channel, the first to identify the murdered video operator Antonovich. Recently, in the Surgut "Crossroads", which was guarded by the Gadzhiev, who worked in Chope, he shot the plot about the visit of the Piggy Activists. However, if you reconstruct according to the well -known data of Gadzhiev on the day of the tragedy, it is difficult to call him a cold -blooded killer. Having wrapped it with tape a red waist bag, in which, according to the police, there was a dummy of an explosive device, he first visited the Severny shopping center, where he tried to cut down customers with an ax, but unsuccessfully: the ax was immediately taken away from him. Then the young man splashed in the corridor of the shopping center with combustible fluid (according to another version, he lit something like a beak or smoke bomb), and only then jumped out at the intersection, where he attacked the passers-by with a knife.

In the video of Gadzhiev - or a person given out by Islamic propagandists - mentions the knife: says that the simpler the weapon, the more help from Allah.

Recently, Gadzhiev was expelled from the college after six months of training. According to teachers, the young man did not have time in all subjects, as, indeed, almost all his fellow practitioners. The basics of the profession of the master of finishing work, they all comprehended neither shaky nor the flowering room. However, Gadzhiev participated in a fight with fellow practitioners and was recognized as an internal investigation. As a result, his personal file was considered at the Council of Prevention in College and decided to exclude Arthur. And also "informed law enforcement agencies about him."

What followed further is not clear for certain, it is only known that Gadzhiev could not get to work for a long time, he was not taken anywhere. It is possible that this was facilitated by finding a vocational school. Moreover, law enforcement officers are not reporting to the Ugra Islamic terrorists in Ugra. In 2015, after an attempt to undermine the mosque (!) They began to look for them in educational institutions of the region. Just then, Gadzhiev was expelled from the college. The seven residents of Ugra, including a student of Surgut State University, Fatima Jafarov, were declared supporters of ISIS, after which the traces of young people were lost.
