The court allowed Nikita Belykh to marry the investigative insulator

The Presnensky court of Moscow allowed the former governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh to marry the investigative insulator at his bride Ekaterina Reifer. According to the lawyer Belykh Marina Yarosh, the defendant will be given a marriage after interrogation by the Reifer on September 5 as a witness.

The press service of the court reported that the Reifer did not apply to the court with a request to resolve the wedding from the whites in the pre-trial detention center.

Today, the court held preliminary hearings in the White case, which is accused of corruption. The defense asked for changes in the preventive measure of the White in connection with the complaints of the former governor about health problems, but the court extended his arrest for six months.

Nikita Belykh was detained in June 2016. He is accused of receiving a bribe. According to investigators, for the money, the ex-governor allegedly promised to add some enterprises to the list of investment projects of the region. Belyh himself rejects all the charges against him and calls the incident a provocation.
