Titkov and Boltenko will take care of a children's vacation

The Novosibirsk authorities created a special expert council to improve the condition of children's recreation. He was headed by vice-governor Alexander Titkov, Senator Nadezhda Boltenko became the co-chair.

The Council will offer “modern information approaches” in the organization of rehabilitation of children, the press service of the Novosibirsk government said in a statement. In addition to representatives of the authorities, it will include social activists, parents, teachers and psychologists.

The Council will form a “unified information space for the professional community of children's recreation organizations”, the regional administration said.

Experts will hold meetings once every six months.
