However, Mikhailov and Dokuchaev, guided by considerations of financial benefit, transferred the received operational data on hackers to the Americans. The leadership, according to the interlocutors of the TV channel, was not aware of the activities of the defendants in the case.

Meanwhile, lawyer Ivan Pavlov, who defends one of the accused in the case (who exactly, he does not specify, explaining only that this is not Mikhailov), in the commentary of RBC denied the data of the rain. “I know for sure what they are accused of,” said the lawyer. “I am a lawyer who works in the case, and not some kind of anonymous source. Mikhailov and Dokuchaev (former Forb hacker) were arrested back in December 2016, but the media reported thisonly at the end of January this year . All defendants are charged with Article 275 of the Criminal Code (state treason), which provides from 12 to 20 years of the colony.
