Of course, it is easy to talk about this, being far from the leadership of the team connected by financial obligations, not being part of the community of officials who are required to comply with instructions, to check people and monitor financial transactions.

But it is quite obvious that the circle of people who are entrusted to perform justice is completely deprived of the concept of human norms. Judges Per S themselves are violators of the Code of respect for rights, not to mention the fact that they are completely alien to the world of art.

Is this justice?

It is also obvious that the violation of the elementary human rights was and continues to be the sad tradition of Russian society. It turns out that from respect to savagery (not convicted witness in the case - in a cage!) One step.

And today he was again made when a creative person - without obvious reasons - once again (we will recall the recent abolition of the premiere of the Nurey Ballet at the Bolshoi Theater, and now - the filming of the film about Viktor Tsoi in St. Petersburg) was deprived of the right to work.

I think that all those who, in justification of the action, express only bewilderment or refer to the widespread - and in artistic circles! - Shadow ways to receive and “wash” money, also show certain indifference to the development of events and thereby openly betray both their colleague and their civilian conscience. The very title of artist involves a certain moral, and I am sure that Kirill Serebrennikov is her personification.

Yes, I agree - the right should be one for all, but this does not mean that for his violations should be responsible for all.
