Russia, thanks to Vladimir Vladimirovich, is a legal, democratic and open state. Therefore, everything he hears from the governors is shorthanded and posted on the website kremlin.ru. Either the governors are lying, or the economists and financiers are adding things up incorrectly, or they are stealing on the way from the Federation Council to the center. But there is hope (even confidence) that closer to the elections this discrepancy will be corrected by statisticians.”
