Are there people more expensive than Igor Ivanovich in the country?

Political scientist Yevgeny Mintschenko issued another report on the New Politburo - a narrow circle of the most influential officials of the country. The main message that Mingchenko wanted to convey to the world this time was that the head of Rosneft Igor Sechin seemed to gradually lose his hardware influence. There are more and more dissatisfied with its endless appetites, these dissatisfied are ready to form a coalition. In addition, the FSB General Oleg Feoktistov, the main figure, which ensures the power cover of Sechin's operations, can soon be dismissed from military service.

In parallel with the publication of this analytics, the Bashkir court made a decision on the record payment of Rosneft by AFK System, owned by Vladimir Yevtushenkov. We are talking about 136 billion rubles, which exceeds the current market value of the "system". AFK “System”, recall, owned “Bashneft” until 2014, when Yevtushenkov was charged with laundering money, and “Bashneft” was deprivated. Soon it was bought by Rosneft and came to the conclusion that valuable assets were withdrawn from the company, for which the previous management should pay.

During the trial, the market value of the AFK System has already fallen almost doubled and now amounts to 114 billion rubles, several large assets of the company were arrested, including 31% of MTS shares. At the same time, from a substantial point of view, Rosneft’s claims look, to put it mildly, non -trivial: AFK System must pay, including for the procedure for placing Bashneft shares in the market, and in addition, for the devaluation of the 2014 ruble and a corresponding reduction in the cost of the company's assets. Now a lawsuit from Bashkiria will go to the Supreme Court in Moscow, and there Yevtushenkov will accept the last battle.

There are rumors that the businessman really tried to gather a coalition against Sechin, but in the end no one decided to directly oppose Igor Ivanovich's interests.

An important detail-the market believes that AFK “System” can still be saved. He positively reacted to the fact that the court decided to reduce the cost of claims with 170 billion rubles - the AFK System shares slightly grown, investors are actually laid down the prospect of paying the amount of the claim by Yevtushenkov.

The case of the privatization of Bashneft, as you know, also moved by ex-minister Alexei Ulyukaev, who is under house arrest. At the trial, the lawsuit that had begun the other day made an unprecedented statement: Sechin personally called the phone and persuaded him to appear at Rosneft's office, where the operatives, who, according to the ex-minister, were already waiting for the provocation of a bribe.

According to the prosecution, Ulyukaev was ready to receive $ 2 million in cash for changing his position in the case of the strange “privatization” of “Bashneft”, that is, about the transfer of Sechin's state -owned company. The fact that the head of Rosneft had to remove Ulyukaev to his territory in order to organize his detention there, and to synchronize the operation with the foreign business trip of Deputy Prime Minister Shuvalov, who oversees Ulyukaev, indicates that the capabilities of the attacking side were not unlimited. The operatives of Sechin did not dare to on the masks-shows in the Ministry of Economic Development or a “meeting on neutral territory”, as it was with Nikita Belykh.

The sensational words of Ulyukaev, who actually directly called the customer of his elimination from his post, can greatly complicate the life of the ex-minister himself, but Igor Ivanovich will not be easy to pull out the lawsuit against the liberal block of the government, while being distracted by Yevtushenkov. Ulyukaev, inclined to literary images, stated that he intends to bring “the benefits of the Russian people” by his process - and maybe this benefit consists in his readiness to dispute the influence of the head of Rosneft.

In general, it is difficult to agree with Mintchenko that Sichin is weakening - everything indicates directly opposite processes.

Another question is how long Sechin will be able to continue the current cleaning of all his competitors. On the horizon, among other things, there are Ramzan Kadyrov,

which periodically makes loud statements about the fate of oil assets in Chechnya.

Against the background of these events, not too significant from an economic point of view, but still remarkable traces of Rosneft's activity on the media market look. Back in January, Open Russia published an investigation into 170 million rubles transferred by the state-owned company in May 2015 to the magazine “However”, published by the press secretary of Sechin Mikhail Leontyev. The chief editor of the later closing “however” was Vladimir Marakhovsky at that moment.
