The court upheld the sentence of the defender of the Dubki park

On August 23, the Moscow City Court upheld the suspended prison sentence for Dubki Park defender Dmitry Boynov. This is stated in the information on his case on the website of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow.

Earlier, Boinov was sentenced to three years and three months of probation with a probationary period of three and a half years on charges of beating (Part 2 of Article 116 of the Criminal Code) and hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code). During the trial period, the judge imposed an additional punishment on the activist in the form of a ban on attending public events.
