The Federal Tax Service filed a lawsuit in the Novosibirsk arbitration. The amount of requirements for the Cherepanovsky plant is about 1.4 million rubles, follows from the documents of the court.

In 2016, the tax service filed a claim for bankruptcy of the ChZM, but the court refused to introduce the observation procedure due to the lack of overdue debt.

The revenue of the ChZMM in 2015 amounted to 152.7 million rubles, net profit - 3 thousand rubles. The enterprise, according to the information disclosure server, belongs to the Novosibirsk companies Ob-Invest, Building Materials and Cyprus Assadeal Limited. The structures are controlled by Alexander Korsun, who was the director of the ChZSM, and Grigory Sukhanov. They are also associated with several companies, the names of which are similar to the name of the enterprise, but are registered in Novosibirsk.

Ob-Invest is engaged in investments in securities. In 2015, its revenue amounted to 2.1 billion, a net loss-0.5 million rubles. According to Kontur-Focus, the co-founders of the company were Khakass Innovation Fund JSC (liquidated in 2017) and the social support fund of the population of the Novosibirsk region, whose successor was the regional house of veterans. But now OJSC Ob-Invest has structures associated with Corsun.
