The Petersburger, who was assigned compulsory work for non -payment of alimony, asked to put him in the insulator instead to get out of binge. This was reported by the press service of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service (UFSSP) for St. Petersburg.

As stated in the UFSSP message, the man accumulated a debt on alimony about 200 thousand rubles. In this regard, the court appointed him 150 hours of compulsory work. A few days later, the man allegedly asked the bailiff to achieve a change in the preventive measure.

He explained his request by the fact that he suffers from alcohol dependence and will not be able to perform compulsory work, they say in the UFSSP. But the stay in the isolator, according to him, would help to interrupt the binge.

The bailiff in response said that he could not change the preventive measure. Instead, he brought a man to justice under another article of the Code of Administrative Offenses for refusing to perform compulsory work. The court appointed St. Petersburg 5 days of administrative arrest in the temporary detention center.
