The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against the Crimean political prisoner of Vladimir Balukh on the use of violence against the head of the Razdolnensky IVS Valery Tkachenko. It is reported by the "Crimean human rights group".

The resolution on the initiation of the case under part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code was issued by the investigator of the Razdolnensky interdistrict investigative department of the TFR Office for the annexed Crimea N. Bondarenko. The document states that on August 11, 2017, during the morning inspection of cameras, Baluh in the corridor hit his elbow in the stomach of Tkachenko. After that, the political prisoner allegedly went into the camera, took the bottle of detergent and again hit the head of the IVS with his right hand.

Meanwhile, the defense of Politzek claims that Tkachenko himself attacked the Baluha . On August 13, the lawyer filed a complaint with the police against the head of the IVS. Tkachenko struck the Baluha, insulted the political prospect on a national basis and scolded him obscenities. “All this is recorded on the video in the IVS,” the lawyer emphasized. The name of the lawyer was not specified in the publication. Obviously, we are talking about Taras Omelchenko.

Other police officers from the IVS noted by the lawyer, generally comply with Russian laws. Meanwhile, Tkachenko and previously rude to Baluh. So, in April, Politsyk spoke about discrimination on a national basis from Tkachenko. This statement, however, did not entail any consequences for the head of the IVS.

In January, Omelchenko’s lawyer reported that his client was undergoing beatings in the Simferopol pre -trial detention center .

On August 4, the judge of the Razdolnensky District Court controlled by Maria Bedritskaya to 3 years and 7 months of general regime . As an additional punishment, she imposed a fine of 10 thousand rubles. Bedritskaya declared the defendant guilty under Part 1 of Article 222 (illegal circulation of ammunition) and part 1 of Article 222.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (illegal circulation of explosives). According to the plot of the case, the activist kept several dozen rounds and several TNT checkers in his attic.

In the debate of the parties, the prosecutor requested for the defendant 5 years and 1 month of general regime.

Politzek himself did not plead guilty. Earlier, he stated that the ammunition was thrown by the FSB operatives who searched his house. In the attic, the defendant emphasized, he did not rise since 1997, when he bought a house for himself. In the last word, Balukh regarded his persecution as a political order, calling the actual reason for the initiation of the case rejection of his annexation of Crimea.

Baluhu is 46 years old, he is a farmer from the village of Serebryanka of the Razdolnensky district. In December 2013, in the first weeks of the revolution of dignity, the activist hung over his house the red-black flag of the Ukrainian rebel army. After some time at night, this flag was secretly disrupted, and the farmer replaced it with the national flag of Ukraine. After Russian citizenship after the annexation of Crimea, the activist did not apply.

In 2015, the Baluha twice took searches. In addition, he was arrested for 15 days according to the fabricated protocol on the disobedience of the police. Then, the case was opened against the activist under Article 319 of the Russian Criminal Code (insulting a representative of the authorities), according to which he was convicted by the same judge Bedritskaya in June 2016 by 320 hours of compulsory work . Baluh refused to serve his work, and he was replaced by 40-day arrest.

On November 29, 2016, Baluh attached a plate on the wall of his house "Wulitz heroes of heavenly, 18". The authorities demanded the sign to remove, threatening the persecution, but the activist ignored the demand.

On December 8, FSB operatives held another search with Baluh, as a result of which they announced the discovery of cartridges and TNT checkers. The activist was detained and sent to a pre -trial detention center .

In conclusion, the health of the Baluha seriously worsened: bronchitis worsened, an attack of urolithiasis occurred, digestive problems began. At the hearing on July 27, Politzeck had a hypertensive crisis. Bedritskaya caused an ambulance, and the Baluha under the escort was taken to the hospital. Having made an injection to the patient, the doctors told the convoy that the Politseka could be returned to court, and the hearing resumed. At the end of the same meeting, Baluhu again became bad, but again, Bedritskaya did not call an ambulance.

It is known that the cartridges allegedly found at the Baluha were made in 1982 in Barnaul, but the interrogator did not find out how they fell on the peninsula. In addition, the number of cartridges in different materials in the case varies - in some we are talking about 90, and in others - about 70 rounds.
