Since August 26, Texas is experiencing a tropical storm. A hurricane, called Harvey, led to floods in several large cities. Houston suffered more than others, where up to 56 trillion sediments of precipitation fell by the middle of the day on August 28. Residents of Houston and neighboring cities had to wait for the rescuers, moving along flooded streets in boats and on inflatable mattresses. “Harvey” was recognized as the most destructive natural disaster in the history of Texas. As a result of a hurricane, at least 14 people were killed in the United States, the damage from it is estimated at tens of billions of dollars.
